Your apprenticeship as mechatronics engineer (f/m) has three professional targets. This profession combines knowledge and skills in the field of mechanics, electronics and applied computer science. Therefore the field of application in engineering and construction of industrial plants is quite large.
During your first year of apprenticeship, you will receive your basic training in our apprenticeship academy. Our specialized trainers in the metal working department will teach you how to handle tools, operating equipment and standard consumables needed for metal working.
Afterwards you will get your basic apprenticeship in electrical engineering.Additionally you will acquire practical experience via soldering and measuring exercises.
Departments and assembly
After your basic apprenticeship, you will work in the different departments and assembly groups to acquire the skills needed for assembling automized machines up to complete production lines. Mounting, wiring, start-up, adjustment and preventive maintenance of mechanical, electrotechnical and electronical as well as pneumatically controlled products are your next learning targets. You work with many different components and materials and realize your tasks by means of written working documents.
